I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got some good bang for our buck at the Holiday Inn Express in Bradford. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, which is always a big plus. The hotel's location was spot on, with the city centre, cheap parking, restaurants, and a cinema right next door. And let me tell you, the lady at the reception, even though I can't remember her name, was an absolute gem. Despite working late into the night and starting early the next morning, she made us feel super welcome. We even ended up hanging out in the reception area for a while, enjoying some drinks. She really went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff!

Now, let's talk about the hotel breakfast. Don't get me wrong, the overall stay was great, but the breakfast let us down a bit.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It made it easy for me to explore the area and find places to eat and shop. the breakfast provided by the hotel was really nice. It had a good variety of options and the dining area was comfortable and relaxing. Lastly, I appreciated the air conditioning in the dining area, it was a relief from the heat outside.

There were a few things about the hotel that I didn't like. it was difficult to find the reception and the lift doors didn't shut properly.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was absolutely amazing. There was a wide variety of delicious options, including hot food choices and vegetarian options. The breakfast was available from 6:30am until 9:30am, which was convenient for early risers or those who preferred a leisurely meal. One particular situation that stood out to us was when we arrived at the hotel room and were disturbed by a group of noisy youngsters running around and making a lot of noise. We reported this to the hotel management and they immediately apologized and took action to address the issue. The rest of our stay was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a relaxed night's sleep.
