The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent. Breakfasts were good with a reasonable choice of options. Food well prepared. Thoroughly recommend. The hotel also has a great location in Windsor, not far from the castle.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a family trip and had a great experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to Windsor Castle and nearby shops and eateries. The facilities were excellent, including a bar open until 2am and free onsite parking during the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Sabin who went above and beyond to help jump-start my car. The self-service breakfast offered a good range of options. a pleasant stay with attentive staff and a fantastic location.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fan provided for those warmer days. The bathroom facilities are well-maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast, although limited in selection, offers a variety of continental items such as croissants and muffins. the hotel provides parking under the building, making it convenient for guests.

Located in a quiet area, 15-minute walk from town and castle. Clean room with tea/coffee facilities. TV fixed quickly. Small underground car park available for £13 per night. Temperature adjustment in room ineffective, resulting in a cold room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even called our room shortly after check-in to see if everything was okay. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and conveniently located for our trip to Windsor. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was lovely. We also appreciated the on-site parking and the easy access to Legoland. As bike riders, we found the location perfect for exploring the area.

Noisy Surroundings: Unfortunately, the noise from outside and the road traffic could be a bit disturbing, especially if you're a light sleeper or have a room facing the road. This could affect the quality of your sleep.

Loved this hotel! the breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. the location was perfect, with plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. I also enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese hour in the evening – such a nice touch!

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, so it was a little warm at night. the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near Legoland and Windsor city centre. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Windsor, despite the not-so-great weather. The location was perfect as it allowed us to easily visit Windsor castle and explore the town center on foot. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, providing us with a good breakfast every morning. The comfortable beds and AC were a bonus, especially with the humid weather. it was great value for money.

The parking fee of £13 per night seemed a bit excessive.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Windsor. The location was perfect, in a lovely area just outside the main centre, and it was quiet too. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the room such as the roll in shower were great. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options, especially for vegetarians. I found it to be great value for money.
