The location was absolutely mind-blowing, right in the heart of the bustling Chinatown and theatre district. We were thrilled that Trafalgar Square was just a 2-minute walk away! Despite concerns about noise, we didn't hear a peep when the windows were closed. The customer service was outstanding, with knowledgeable and caring staff available via WhatsApp, phone, and text. The spacious and fully-equipped apartment, including a surprise washing machine, was perfect for our family. The cleanliness and modern bathroom were impressive. Plus, the feeling of safety and constant contact from the company made us feel well taken care of. We can't wait to stay here again! ❤️

Our stay at Homely - Central London West End was fantastic! The location was perfect, right on Shaftesbury Avenue in the heart of theatre life. We were able to easily explore London and enjoy the bars and nightlife. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sofa bed was spacious and the flat had all the amenities we could ask for, including towels, a TV, and even a safe. Check-in was a breeze and the staff provided us with all the information we needed. it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again when visiting London! Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for its excellent location and comfortable amenities.

The rooms are clean and include all necessary amenities. the helpful staff provided prompt assistance and offered alternative accommodations when needed.

The lack of an elevator makes navigating the stairs with luggage a challenge.

The location of the apartment was superb, right in the heart of the theater district and within walking distance to popular attractions like Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with all the necessary amenities provided. It was also spacious enough for four people and had a safe for added security.

The road outside the apartment was very noisy until midnight and from 7am. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was weak and the mattress on the sofa bed was quite hard, leading to aches in the morning.

I loved that it was opposite all the big theaters and had access to Soho. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. Despite some minor noise from the street, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. we highly recommend this accommodation.

The noise level at night was quite high, especially on the weekends. We had to bring earphones to be able to sleep peacefully.

the shower in the ensuite did not work properly and had very low water pressure, making it difficult to have a satisfying shower. the kitchen was lacking essentials such as dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, and tea towels, which made cooking and cleaning up a bit more challenging.
