I had a wonderful stay at this cosy and well-furnished accommodation. The central location made it easily accessible and the bedroom and bathroom were both very nice. The pub downstairs served great food and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. It truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Stayed at the Hope And Anchor for a short break. Lovely village pub in a friendly area. Rooms were small but clean and well-decorated, with a comfy bed. Great Chinese restaurant and shop nearby. Breakfast was included and the bar host was welcoming and helpful, even made fantastic gin and tonic. Staff went above and beyond by making us food after the kitchen was closed. Outstanding hotel, delicious food, and a comfortable, clean room. Great location with free parking. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks, Mathew and team!

Stayed for 2 nights over NYE, small quiet location and just a 5-minute drive to nearby towns. Very friendly staff, especially the young lad on the bar who made us feel welcome. Worth the money, small double room was cozy but sufficient.
