We had a fantastic stay at Quay 8 Bed & Breakfast. the location was perfect right in the city center, close to all the attractions, bars, and restaurants. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially in allowing us to check in early and providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions for self-check-in. the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. We also appreciated the added bonus of having access to Netflix. a great experience and we would definitely return.

For us, it was the ideal place. 😊

stayed in londonderry before, but quay 8 exceeded all expectations. room had everything i needed - sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and more. cozy and warm, with a comfy bed. ceci was welcoming and friendly. perfect location in the center of shopping area and attractions.

Thermostat wouldn't heat up, cold night and got sick. tv didn't work.

my second stay in londonderry was even better than the first thanks to quay 8. the spotless and well-maintained room on the top floor was cozy and had all the amenities i needed for a self-catering stay. the convenient location made it easy to explore the sights and the manager, simon, was always available to assist.

noisy street disturbed sleep

the location on Shipquay St was perfect, right in the heart of Derry. the room, which felt like a little apartment, had its own kitchen with a sink, microwave, fridge. the bathroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. the room had two windows at the back, providing a nice view. It felt like a boutique hotel, with modern and comfortable decor. the check-in process was easy thanks to the owner's instructions. I also received a free breakfast voucher for the cafe next door. it was a wonderful place to recharge and enjoy the Halloween hustle.

We had a wonderful stay at Quay 8. The location was perfect for exploring the city, right inside the walled area. The staff, especially CC, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful information and recommendations. The room itself was stylish and immaculately maintained. It was also super clean, which we really appreciated. Despite being centrally located, we were pleasantly surprised that the noise from the street didn't disturb our sleep. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Quay 8 again for our next visit to beautiful Derry.

Some rooms had noise disruption from the nearby alley, including late-night clunking noises. In some rooms, there was a lack of fresh air as the windows couldn't be opened.
