My xmas stay at this hotel was overall positive. the hotel had a good breakfast and free Wi-Fi in rooms. the location was key, being close to the town center and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and helpful which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Another advantage was the comfortable bed and room temperature control.

The overall upkeep of the hotel needs an upgrade as I found frayed towels and bedding, mould in the bathroom, and some knocks and dents in the room. the parking lot was too crowded during this busy season which created a worry for my car.

The staff at Ibis were always available and very helpful. The comfortable room had good wifi, allowing me to get work done before an evening event. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It made it easy for us to access the motorway and get to our destination quickly. having a Toby Carvery right next to the hotel was a bonus. the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and it was only a short 2-minute walk from the hotel.

One of the negatives of our stay was the noise in the car park. There was a camper van with its engine running all night, and groups of workmen were meeting, chatting, and drinking.
