The room was comfortable, equipped with great air conditioning and a fabulous shower. The location was perfect, right across from the Canning Town tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel is situated directly opposite the train and bus stations which is incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The location was handy for accessing all parts of the city and there was easy access to public transportation. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-designed, with everything in the right place and functioning perfectly.

The area around the hotel wasn't the most attractive, but that's to be expected in a busy city like this.

Conveniently located near public transport and shopping options, this stay provides much needed safety precautions such as lift card access. Quick and easy check-in and check-out process with later check-out time. Room decor is stylish and spacious, equipped with good shower and comfortable bed. Personal touches such as complimentary drinks and birthday surprises make for a delightful stay.

I stayed at Ibis for a concert at the O2, just one tube station away! The staff were exceptional and the hotel is well-designed. The breakfast had choices for vegans too. The location is strategic, with the underground station right across the street and big supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very convenient!

stayed at Ibis London before, but this time was a pleasant surprise. Compact room, smart design, and friendly staff made for a comfortable stay. Location was convenient, right across from the train station. Impressed with the cleanliness and modern decor. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Felt special, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel is in an incredible location - just across the underground station from the Jubilee Line, making it easy to get around. The rooms offer a great view of the river and the O2 Arena. The value for money is fantastic, and the breakfast is to die for, with unlimited tea and coffee.

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness - some areas could have been cleaned better.

I loved the convenience of having the Morison supermarket nearby, and how easy it was to get into the city centre from the hotel's location next to Canning town underground station. The room was modern and well equipped, plus the staff were very nice and provided excellent service. Overall I had a great stay!

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the Canning Town metro station right across the road. This makes it convenient for guests with disabilities to access public transportation easily.

I had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel! the staff were so welcoming and attentive, and they surprised me with a complimentary goodie bag and handwritten card upon arrival. the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the room itself was great, and I especially loved the ease of entry with the card reader.

Although my stay was wonderful, I wish that the towels provided in the room were a bit thicker and more luxurious. Despite these minor issues, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
