During my stay at Ibis Styles, I was impressed by the comfortable and refreshing atmosphere of the hotel. The room I stayed in was well-maintained and provided a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, being close to Birmingham International Station. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful. I had a lovely, comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was within walking distance to the NEC but also in a quiet area, which was perfect after a long day attending events. The hotel was also situated in an industrial park, making it ideal for business purposes. I found the staff to be attentive and the basic amenities to be sufficient for my needs.

Cheaper than other hotels in the area with step-free access to the train and airport through the back end of the NEC buildings. £10 nightly parking fee is compensated by the low room cost.

Attended an event at the NEC and the hotel's proximity was convenient. The room met our needs and was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, despite being busy. The check-in process with Salman was efficient and friendly. The hotel provided a good range of gluten-free options for breakfast. The staff also provided helpful printed information for the walking route to the nearby NEC venue.

During our stay for Christmas, we enjoyed the complimentary Christmas dinner and welcome drink. The hotel's location near the train station and convention center made it easy to reach. we appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel's interior.

Our stay was negatively impacted by the noisy and disruptive guests who kept us awake during the night. the breakfast buffet was not always kept well-stocked, and the food selection was somewhat limited.
