I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom that was well-stocked. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a quiet rural area that was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pub attached that served delicious food at affordable prices. I especially enjoyed the all-you-can-eat cooked breakfast, which offered a great variety of options beyond just cereals.

My partner and I have been visiting The Beach Arms for the past two years and have always had a fantastic stay. The staff, led by Pauline, are incredibly friendly and make us feel right at home. The hotel's location, even though it is 45 miles away, feels more like a local spot than our own local pub. The village of Oakley, just down the road, is a charming place to explore. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality bed linen and towels. The bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the large TV in the room.

We did have a pleasant stay, however, the on-site bar and restaurant lacked a few things and we ended up eating elsewhere for breakfast and dinner on our second day.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Beach Arms. The room was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was brand new and the toiletries provided were of great quality. The decor was lovely and modern, and the room didn't have that old, musty smell that some places can have. We were also impressed with the tea making facilities and the good selection of channels on the TV. The fact that we could safely store our bikes during our stay was a big plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Even though the hotel had some minor drawbacks, such as poor WiFi and breakfast being just okay, we still had a fantastic stay.

It is conveniently situated on a bus route, making it ideal for exploring the area and going on gin distillery tours. The prices for the rooms are very reasonable and offer excellent value for money. The staff provide attentive service and the basic amenities in the room are well-managed. The rooms are tidy, although a minor repair could be made to a rip in the bed sheet. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers a tasty breakfast and dinner option. Additionally, the hotel is set in a peaceful location, and despite being near train tracks, it is surprisingly quiet.

Paying for the room upon arrival was a bit inconvenient. The family room was not suitable, as the sofa bed was uncomfortable and small.
