The staff at Innkeeper's were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The location of the inn was also perfect, with beautiful views of the river. Our room was clean and well-equipped, and we enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was brilliant, overlooking the river and providing a very relaxing atmosphere. Sitting there and watching the boats and fishermen was a delight. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the food in the restaurant was, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were excellent and provided great service. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, although I do think the rooms could do with some updating.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We had a truly magical experience at the Swan Inn. Innkeeper'S Collection made us feel so welcome with their warm and friendly staff. the rooms were beyond our expectations - spacious, beautifully decorated, and with stunning views from the windows. We especially loved the ensuite with its luxurious waterfall shower. As a former chef, I was highly impressed with the superb food at the restaurant. the location by the riverside added to the charm, and it was great to have Hoveton and Wroxham nearby for exploring.

The view from our window was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of the picturesque scenery surrounding the inn. It was such a delight to wake up and see such natural beauty right outside my window. The location of the inn is truly remarkable.

This hotel was an amazing choice for our Easter break! We were delighted with the wonderful staff, who provided us with the best service we could have hoped for. the location was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the stunning views from our room whilst also being within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. the free WiFi was a great bonus, allowing us to share our wonderful experience with friends and family.

The bathroom in our room needs improving, especially the shower curtain. It tended to stick to our skin during showers, which was unpleasant.
