I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Belfast for a few days for leisure purposes. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city hall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with extra pillows and duvets available. The breakfast was great, and the staff, especially Katie & Ciara, were welcoming and courteous. They even surprised my daughter with complimentary hot chocolates for her birthday. Such a lovely personal touch!

I recently stayed at Jurys Inn in Belfast for a short trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the train station and city center. The property itself was amazing, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, thanks to the helpful staff at the reception. I also loved having a bathtub in the room, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation.

We stayed here for a night and it was awesome. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit. Additionally, we were also able to easily take the Hop on Hop off bus as the stop was very close by. The staff were amazing and provided great hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and had a really comfortable bed.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment, as some rooms have issues such as swollen toilet doors and windows that don't close tightly, causing noise pollution at night. there were problems with false advertising, parking costs, and miscommunication regarding room sizes and parking discounts.
