We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the location was convenient and the room was equipped with all the essentials we needed. Although the breakfast area was a bit crowded, the food selection was good. We also appreciated the discounted parking. we would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Newcastle for a few nights. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michelle at the reception who went above and beyond. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast had a great selection and was constantly replenished. a pleasant stay with top-notch service.

Great location for the arena. We chose this hotel because it was so close to the arena where we were attending a concert. It made getting to and from the event really convenient.

Location doesn't get any better than this! It's right by the city centre, close enough to all the bars and restaurants without being too loud for a comfortable sleep. The staff are always friendly and helpful, with great customer service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern fittings. The view from the windows is breathtaking, overlooking the stunning landscapes of the city.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was amazing being so close to the rail station. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs, with all the amenities you could need including air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. And the breakfast was great too!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complementary mince pies and mulled wine offered in the lobby, which made me feel welcome. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's shopping and dining spots. the room was well-maintained and had a comfortable bed.

the lobby and bar were crowded with loud and rowdy guests, some of whom appeared to be part of stag and hen parties. This created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families with children.
