We had to sleep with the window open, but unfortunately, this resulted in a lot of noise from seagulls at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the Wi-Fi in our room was very poor, and there was no fridge available, which would have been convenient.

Within walking distance of the Royal Mile and the Old Town, we were able to easily visit museums and other popular spots.

Lack of elevator: One downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator. This meant carrying our suitcases up to the higher floors by ourselves, which was a bit inconvenient.
