Great holiday experience! Loved the convenient location near the historic dockyard and shopping mall. the hotel was in good shape and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfasts were delicious!

The room was a bit small and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. the noise from the train and pigeons made it difficult to sleep at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, being close to shopping venues and the Historic Port. The views from our room were fantastic, overlooking the dock. The breakfast provided was brilliant and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the staff were excellent in their service. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and amazing views.

The hotel offered a great value for money, with prices that were reasonable and affordable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and even a view of HMS Warrior. The location was fantastic, near the attractions of the Dockyard and with a great view over the ships.

The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing in rooms facing the train station.

Our stay at Keppels Head was wonderful! We stayed for a few nights and loved the quirky charm of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was warm and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room that felt like stepping back in time. We also appreciated the secure car parking and the convenient location near all the attractions.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near the port, which was incredibly convenient for me as a business traveler. Being right across the road from the port and with the shops opposite, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The proximity to the ferry terminal made my commute a breeze. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean, providing all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff offered great service and the breakfast options were excellent. Plus, the view of the port was a nice bonus.

The decor of the hotel was a bit dated, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

We got great value for our money at Keppels Head - a huge room, fluffy white towels, and a clean comfortable bed. The location was perfect for visiting the Historic Dock, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

The highlight for us was the new lift, which was absolutely exquisite. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Helen who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and the room being different from the website photo, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and great location. a fantastic experience.

The new beds are a welcome addition, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The location couldn't be better, with the historic dockyard and Gunwharf just a short walk away, perfect for exploring and finding good restaurants.

Great location for transportation with easy access to railway stations, ferries, and buses. Free parking is provided nearby. Liked the complementary tea and coffee facilities in the room, and helpful staff.

The rooms are run-down, with poor soundproofing and suboptimal cleanliness. Some of the bathrooms are archaic, toilets, and showers need repair.
