I stayed at Kick Ass Grassmarket for a few nights and it was a great experience. The pod beds were fantastic, providing a comfortable and private sleep even in a shared room. The black-out curtains added to the isolation, ensuring a restful night. The receptionist was friendly, and the bar had plenty of seating. Despite being on the 3rd floor, the Wi-Fi connection was good. a great stay.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, ensuring that you stay connected.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this place for a low-cost and enjoyable stay in Edinburgh. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hostel is absolutely fantastic, right in the centre of the city and close to all the attractions. It's just a short walk to the famous Royal Mile and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The place is tidy and well-kept, making it a comfortable stay. The common areas are spacious and welcoming, perfect for socializing and meeting fellow travelers. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for things to see and do in the area.

One downside is that the bathrooms could be cleaner and better maintained. There were instances where they ran out of toilet paper and the soap provided was not up to expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The POD rooms were spacious and provided full privacy. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of them on each floor. The hostel had a nice bar with reasonable prices. The location was perfect, right below the castle and near all the important attractions. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, making it convenient for late-night arrivals.

Staying here was an amazing experience! The location of this hotel is unbeatable as it is right in the center of everything. Moreover, the staff here were extremely friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The leisure facilities such as the shared kitchen, bar lounge area, and the TV room made my stay even more amazing. They also have a luggage storage facility, which was very helpful.

Had an amazing Christmas break at a hostel that was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Loved the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and a locker in the room to keep my belongings secure. the staff was incredibly helpful, always willing to help with recommendations on places to eat and things to do.

The limited number of toilets available on each floor, which often led to long waits. the showers were quite cold despite the signs that directed us to go to another floor for warm water.
