our valentine's day stay at loch awe was even better this time. kilchurn suites was beyond perfect - spotless, spacious, and cozy. the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing toys for our baby. the location was ideal for exploring the west highlands and being close to kilchurn castle. can't wait to come back!

Nothing, all excellent.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a fresh scent when we arrived. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower and bath was great. the apartment also had nice carpeting throughout, adding to the cozy feel.

There was a lack of variety in the dining options nearby. We found ourselves limited to just a few restaurants, which became repetitive after a few days.

Spacious unit with large bedroom, modern bathroom, living space, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Excellent self-catering accommodation with amazing views and location. Thoughtful and well-equipped flat, perfect for relaxing and home cooking.

Kilchurn Suites provided great value for money. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The location by the lake was stunning, and the owners were welcoming, helpful, and kind throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment was mind-blowingly clean and cozy, with jaw-dropping views from every window. The kitchen was super well-equipped and the location was ridiculously convenient. The host was incredibly welcoming and always available if needed. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, parking, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV were awesome bonuses. We loved the picnic area and the fact that it was a pet-free and smoke-free environment. our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, overlooking a beautiful loch. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always serving with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive.

The hotel itself was a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. The rooms were a bit shabby and dusty with stained carpets.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, right on the shore of Loch Awe. Guests can easily explore the loch and enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms offer plenty of storage space and some even have a seating area to relax and take in the scenery. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, catering to special dietary needs like gluten intolerance. The breakfast is tasty and portions are generous. The towel rail in the bathroom ensures warm towels in the morning.

Some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with additional charges and changes in terms and conditions upon check-in, which can be a downside for some.
