The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. the hotel's interior areas were beautiful, adding to the overall experience. the location of the hotel was ideal, being within easy reach of tourist areas but still offering a tranquil environment.

The view from the room was not great, as it overlooked a courtyard. the bathroom was relatively small compared to the size of the room.

We had an absolutely wonderful new year at this amazing hotel. the attention to detail was marvellous, making us feel truly pampered. the Hotel had a relaxed and confident feel, creating a luxurious atmosphere. We particularly loved the spacious and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the key attractions and shopping areas in the city.

Although our stay was almost faultless, there were a couple of minor issues. We did notice a slight rumbling every fifteen minutes, possibly from a nearby underground station.

I recently stayed at The Langham for a few nights and it was an incredible experience. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were luxurious. The hotel's Health Club was top-notch and definitely worth checking out. The dining experience at The Landau was exquisite, with a delectable menu and attentive staff. The Palm Court, where we had tea and breakfast, was a beautifully appointed salon, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and had a smile on their faces. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the integral spa and the Roux restaurant by Michael Roux. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient for our needs.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham for one night. The room was lovely, with a comfortable king size bed. The hotel's bar, Artesian, was amazing and we enjoyed drinks there before heading out. The staff made a special effort to find us a table. The customer service was superb and they even apologized for a noise issue by changing our room and sending us a card. a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

The value for money was excellent - we got a luxurious room with all the extra touches that made our stay feel special. The location was central yet quiet, and the staff were welcoming, stylish, and incredibly helpful.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast choices.

The room we stayed in at The Langham was absolutely stunning. The en-suite bathroom had a wow factor that exceeded our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest. We were impressed by the crystal champagne flutes in the minibar and the generous selection of toiletries. The location of the hotel was fabulous, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was despite being centrally located in London.

The Langham London offers fantastic service and friendly staff. The hotel provides a humidifier for the dry season and plenty of free water. The desserts, particularly the crème brûlée and tiramisu, are exceptional. The club room offers excellent food and drinks, and the breakfast in the restaurant is always enjoyable. The hotel also has a luxurious pool, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The Health Club is top-notch, and the dining experience at The Landau is delectable. The Palm Court is a beautiful place to enjoy tea and breakfast.

Felt truly spoilt, nothing too much trouble.

Luxurious rooms with cozy and comfortable beds, spacious and nicely-appointed bathrooms with separate shower and toilet from the main bathroom, and marble floors. Extraordinary staff, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Excellent location for shopping and West End shows. Two beautiful restaurants and a hip bar serving delicious food and drinks. Convenient "Press Reader" app provided by the hotel.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff who took us on a tour of the hotel and escorted us to our room. The room was elegant, comfortable, and had practical amenities. The delicious espresso/coffee maker with milk in the room each morning was a great bonus. The location was also fantastic.

The staff is welcoming and helpful, especially Ian who assists with transportation. The restaurant staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's dining experience is special. The rooms are amazing and the location is ideal. Sebastian, the concierge, exceeded expectations in finding a birthday celebration restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my time here. The location was also very convenient, as I could easily explore the shopping sites and move around the city with ease. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were a great addition and provided a relaxing space for me to unwind.
