The hotel building was absolutely stunning and full of elegance and history. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with lovely linens. The staff were very hospitable and helpful, providing superior service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, and the state capitol buildings.

The hotel was quite pricey, and we did not have the opportunity to try out their in-house services due to our busy schedule in the city. Additionally, the overhead ceiling fan in the room was a little chilly for February, but it was a minor inconvenience.

From valet to check-out, everyone knew our names. The room had huge double beds and a luxurious bathroom with extra privacy. The hotel lobby was beautifully scented and stunning. All our comfort needs were met. The laundry service met our high expectations. The staff's eagerness to ensure a good stay was evident.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the bustling nightlife of this city's music center, just a short walk away from the Ryman Auditorium and Broadway. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient parking facilities.

Everything was fantastic.

We stayed in a hotel during our city trip and we particularly liked the spacious room with a great Nespresso machine and big bathroom. The hotel is situated close to downtown and has a delicious breakfast with great coffee. Furthermore, the entrance hall was stunning with plenty of seating options to relax or enjoy a drink. We also appreciated the complementary printing service and the helpful overall service.

The hotel lacked an elevator, which could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Additionally, the neighborhood did not feel entirely safe at all times.

The downtown location provides easy access to top tourist sites, right next to State Capitol, and a 5-star restaurant. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer luxurious amenities like free-standing showers, a jetted garden tub, and a Smart mirror. You can also enjoy fabulous service from the helpful hotel staff. Orange cookies served at the hotel are a delight according to one review.

Some of the rooms have outdated air conditioning units, affecting the temperature in the room.

Great location, with exceptional housekeeping and bedding. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel special. The bellman, check-in staff, concierge, and hosts were incredible, along with the waiters. A beautiful property that is perfect for a weekend getaway.

This hotel exceeded all of my luxurious needs. From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service, everything was impeccable. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing and the full body massage was so relaxing. The room advantages were exclusive and made our stay even more comfortable. The packed lunches and special diet menus were greatly appreciated.

The only minor issue was the lack of options at the bar/ lounge area. The dinner menu was limited and the drinks were overpriced compared to other venues in the area. However, the private facilities were exceptional and the location advantages were numerous.
