Just an ideal choice for a getaway in San Diego with best value. Great location near the beach.

During my recent stay for leisure purposes in La Jolla, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near dining options and the ocean. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was clean with a balcony providing extra space. Although there were minor cosmetic issues in the room, the warmth of the pool and the proximity to beautiful beaches made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's perfect location allowed me to easily explore the coves and beaches on foot, visit restaurants and shops, and enjoy the surrounding area.

The ADA rooms at Inn By The Sea, La Jolla were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of four. The accessible bathrooms and showers ensured that we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego.

The room only had a few towels and one roll of toilet paper, which was quite basic for a family of four.

The hotel may have had some issues with cleanliness and room maintenance, but the location was excellent for our family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make things right when there were mix-ups with our reservation. The ocean views from the 5th floor were stunning, and the proximity to the beach and downtown area was perfect for exploring. The price was reasonable considering the prime location. We'll definitely be returning despite the room issues.

During my transit to San Diego, I found the location of Inn By The Sea, La Jolla to be incredibly convenient, with easy access to the nearby museum, aquarium. The ADA rooms with accessible bathrooms and showers ensured a comfortable stay, and the balconies offered breathtaking coastal views, making my short stopover quite enjoyable.

The loud mechanical noise from somewhere within the hotel was disruptive throughout the night and day, diminishing the otherwise pleasant experience. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

Always choose this comfortable place. First stay, staff recommended delicious food. Suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and continental breakfast. Coming back for the weekend.

Fantastic location, close to tide pools, seals, the cove, Scripps Park. Guest Lounge with free coffee, hot chocolate, and teas by the pool. Microwave available. Great stay, will return if in the area. Good parking for those travelling by car.

Felt like visiting family, nothing too much trouble.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Inn By The Sea. The location was perfect, with plenty of options for walking and enjoying the quiet area. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the San Diego coast, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The decor was impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious and varied free breakfast. The price was great, and we look forward to returning, possibly with our kids to enjoy the pool. The front desk staff even kindly broke a $100 bill for us so we could leave a tip for the maid upon checkout.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very nice and provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was walking distance from everything, including the beach and great breakfast places like Trilogy Sanctuary - a vegan café at a rooftop yoga place. The room was very comfortable and the pool area had extremely comfortable furniture. The hotel also provided coffee at all times and had a lobby area with coffee and tea available. this hotel was clean, had great facilities, and a convenient location close to the beach and restaurants.

Located just a short walk from the famous cove and in a great spot off the main shopping street, this hotel is near a variety of restaurants, cafes, markets, and shops. Guests can also easily access the San Diego zoo and coast. The spacious rooms include a small refrigerator, microwave, and balcony, while the lobby offers complimentary coffee.
