the room size was quite small for the price paid, making it a bit cramped for a comfortable stay. Lastly, finding parking in the area was challenging and the website's claim of onsite parking was misleading.

The room at Lavinia House was surprisingly fantastic with an unexpected view. I loved the convenience of having an entry code to go straight to my room. The facilities exceeded my expectations and the folder with local recommendations was incredibly helpful. Despite not meeting the owners, their friendly and helpful nature came across in their communication. It was a pleasure to have the freedom to arrive and settle in on my own.

The owners were incredibly attentive and provided hand sanitizers and other sanitizing products throughout the property. the room we stayed in, Room 2, had a breathtaking sea view and was spotless and immaculate. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the owners even gave us a complementary bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail at Lavinia House. Highly recommended!

Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The entire property was clean and had a lovely scent throughout. The owners even went out of their way to accommodate our car, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was homely and well-equipped with amenities like free WiFi and a fridge. I highly recommend Lavinia House and can't wait to return for another stay.

It was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. The bathroom was clean and the shower was brilliant. We would definitely stay again. Also, the location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the sea views.
