For the price I paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than my own bed at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a lively part of the city with easy access to the arena and the Arndale Centre. The staff at Lower Turks Head were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a larger sink in the bathroom. Pouring water on the floor while using it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were lovely and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the station and my desired destination.

The room was small and lacked a window, resulting in a musty smell. The sink design was inconvenient, making it difficult to wash my face properly.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to 2 train stations and right in the city centre by the Arndale shopping centre. We also found it convenient to be near the tram station. The staff member who welcomed us in was friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed in our room looked clean and was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location in the city centre is excellent - right in the heart of everything. It is conveniently situated above a great pub and is close to all the amenities and transportation options. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The separate private entrance was also a great feature, providing added convenience and privacy. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free.

There were several aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the room was incredibly small and lacked a window, resulting in a stuffy and unpleasant smell.

Not one thing

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the city centre above a great pub. It was close to everything we needed, including the shopping centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Just had a lovely stay at a cozy room with a balcony, perfect for me as a smoker. the staff were incredibly helpful, even carrying our cases up two flights of stairs on a busy Saturday night. the location is ideal, just a short walk to the arena for events and close to shopping and restaurants. Despite the rooms being above a pub, there was no noise from below at all. the transport links are great, with tram stops nearby and a reasonable walk from the train station.
