Wow, what a lekker stay! The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, and the comfy mattress gave me such a good night's sleep. The warm mineral pool was a fantastic spot to chill after a long day driving. Also, chommie at reception helped me with great local tips. Loved it!

Only downside was the tight parking—few spots available.

a rather plain motel, I guess I expected more, perhaps an upgrade or something special. thin walls meant I could hear snoring next door, how delightful! breakfast was basically bagels in a fridge, at least it was creative, I suppose. I almost gave a good review, but, no one seemed to care about my comfort.

Clean, comfortable rooms with high-quality toiletries and a fantastic shower made for a pleasant stay. The location near Death Valley is superb, although the tight parking and limited food options were drawbacks. It’s a bummer that the nearby restaurant was closed, forcing us to search for food about 20 minutes away. Despite these issues, the serene atmosphere and helpful staff made our experience worthwhile.

I enjoyed my stay while exploring the nearby region and taking in the local history. The trails were excellent for short walks and provided great views of the surroundings. The warm spring pool was a great way to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the friendly recommendations from staff about nearby trails and attractions. I felt that the area offered enough to make it a worthwhile stop on my journey through the U.S. , especially for someone like me who enjoys road trips. I hope to return.

so the shoshone inn is actually super cozy and clean, like a hidden gem. it’s really close to death valley which is cool for exploring. the beds were comfy and i got a great night’s sleep. there’s a nice little courtyard area, perfect for some fresh air if the weather’s nice. the warm mineral pool was such a treat, i loved chillin in there after a long drive!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a heated swimming pool, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a lost item. I always return for a great experience!

Cozy spot near Death Valley

This place was a nice surprise! The deluxe room was recently remodeled, super clean, and had a mini kitchen which was handy. The warm mineral pool was a chill spot after hiking. Breakfast was simple but fresh, loved the coffee and fruit! Only bummer was dealing with cigarette smoke from nearby staff, kind of annoying.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend outing with great value for the price. Make sure to enjoy the nice courtyard area if the weather permits.

After an exhausting day in Death Valley, we were wowed when the clerk upgraded us to a spacious, stylish room that was the best on our trip. Relaxing in the warm springs while enjoying the sweet sound of nature was just what we needed! Parking was a bit tight, but it didn’t put a damper on our stay at all. 🌞

Charming little place with cozy rooms and a handy kitchenette. Super quiet, and I adored the generous snacks in the reception. The facilities are quite nice, really!

The parking was tighter than my pants after the holidays! And let's just say the breakfast options could use a sprinkle of creativity—bagel buffet, anyone?
