Gorgeous hotel, super new, incredibly convenient location! Spacious and carefully furnished rooms. Excellent cleanliness and comfort. Comfortable and welcoming common areas. Staff exceptionally attentive. Breakfast was a large variety of amazing traditional dishes. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean facility. A true home away from home.

The beds were a bit too firm for my taste. I was a little disappointed that there was no pay-per-view movie option or more English language TV stations.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Kyoto Station. The rooms were clean, updated, and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel had a calming and beautiful atmosphere, and breakfast was delicious with many freshly cooked options. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Kyoto Station. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

The room at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Station was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities provided, such as toothbrushes, pyjamas, and toiletries, were a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenient location near Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying here was such a great experience! This place is extremely close to the station, making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere I wanted. The staff here is amazing, providing excellent service and keeping the room very clean. Plus, they offer tours and ticket assistance if needed. The room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with so many channels to choose from. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus, and the soundproofed rooms offered a peaceful night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay here, and I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to visit here.

The hotel I stayed at during my business trip was fabulous! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with any requests I had. The rooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. the hotel was located in a prime area with an abundance of delicious restaurants and easy transportation options. On top of everything, the lounge area offered free juices, coffee, and tea, as well as tasty candy and matcha crackers.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The lack of laundry facilities was inconvenient, as I prefer to handle my own laundry.

Centrally located, amazing facilities. All necessary amenities provided, even free handmade postcards. Prompt, polite staff. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic experience at a hotel near Kyoto Station. The location was very convenient, allowing us to easily access the JR station. The staff were exceptionally attentive, even addressing us by our last name when we returned from dinner. They allowed us to check our luggage in early so we could enjoy the day before catching our train. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious traditional Japanese dishes, as well as some European options. The beds were very comfortable and the entire facility was extremely clean. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are well-designed, with thoughtful features like power points and a magnifying mirror. The bathroom shelves are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is welcoming and efficient, providing excellent service. There is also a laundry room available for guests' convenience.

The windows in the rooms have a frosted glass, so there is no view available.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was lovely, air conditioner worked beautifully, and the beds were very comfy. The staff were just lovely, even accommodating us with a longer stay due to the typhoon. Would definitely recommend! The design of the room was thoughtful and intelligent, with lights and power points in the right place. The magnifying mirror was great for contact lens wearers like me, and there was plenty of desk space for charging devices. The tea station was not only functional but also beautiful. The bathroom shelves were wide enough to hold the toiletries kit, and the adjustable room temperature and provided pyjamas were a nice touch.
