They quickly provided me with a fan when I requested it, making my room much more pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the complimentary 24-hour tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, making it a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's location near Luton Airport was convenient for my travels. I found Thistle Express to be excellent value for money and I will definitely book again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, literally next to a shopping center and close to the city center. The modern facilities and rooms with all your toiletries and a duvet make for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful city trip and the hotel was great! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where to park our car and even checking us in when we forgot our key in the room. Free and unlimited coffee and tea was a great bonus. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and discover everything we wanted to see. the room was nicely renovated and had everything we needed.

The hotel and parking were quite hard to find. Despite following the guidance, it took us some time to actually locate the hotel.
