the location was ideal. right across from the castle with many dining options nearby. the staff were friendly and attentive. we enjoyed the hot breakfast, especially the full english. everything was hassle-free.

room service needs improvement. more attention to detail would be nice.

Parking fees are excessive!!! At £39 per night, the cost is hard to justify when alternatives exist nearby. The bar closes too early, leaving guests disappointed. Also, navigating the old structure is frustrating due to unclear routes!!!

From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the location was spot-on! I enjoyed a fabulous breakfast, despite being late. My room was elegant and immaculately clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

Consider dining at local brunch spots as the in-room service might not meet expectations, and explore nearby parking options to avoid high fees.

We spent a night at this hotel and the ambiance was just incredible! The staff, especially Mathew at the concierge, made us feel right at home, so helpful and polite! breakfast was a treat with a huge buffet too! I loved helping myself to fresh fruits and the option to order an omelette, that was a nice touch!

It wasn’t cheap but for the experience, I’d say it was justified.

the cleanliness was subpar, with moldy seals and dusty corners, not what one would expect. i was also shocked when my requests for a room upgrade, due to all the inconveniences, were completely ignored, which was just. rude. almost left a decent review, but alas, they made it impossible, didn’t they?

The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shopping and the castle, making it an ideal spot for sightseeing. The Deluxe Double Room provided a comfortable retreat, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant experience. However, service was inconsistent. during breakfast, the staff seemed overwhelmed and did not adequately inform guests about the buffet offerings. Additionally, the check-in process was slow, which was a bit frustrating given the amenities available.

Location is spot on, just across from the castle. enjoyed cocktails at a stylish bar and had a comfortable room with a great view.

the breakfast was a complete letdown, with small portions, cold and stale food. but the room was very clean and well-presented. the staff were attentive during dinner. The underground parking was super convenient.

Perfect location just across from the castle and near Peascod St shops! The staff were exceptional, even the parking team gave us bottled water 😄. The atmosphere at the bar was vibrant on a Monday night.

Everything was as expected.
