Great value for money, stylish room with comfy bed and modern facilities. Perfect location next to the train station and within walking distance of central Reading. The staff were extremely helpful and always in a great mood.

Breakfast and dinner were average but satisfactory. the complementary tea and coffee in the room and the provided toiletries saved us some money. the nearby attractions were a plus point, allowing us to explore the area without using the car.

The room was dreadful, with no natural light, which made it incredibly oppressive. the intense smell of moisture made our stay uncomfortable, and the humming noise at night prevented us from sleeping.

We had a fantastic stay in a central hotel, just a stone's throw away from the train station and surrounded by an array of bars and restaurants. One minor drawback was the lack of car park or drop-off zone at the hotel. I had to park elsewhere and carry my luggage across a ten-minute walk to the nearest long-stay car park.

Stayed on a Sunday, got upgraded to a spacious room on the top floor. Quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Parking at NCP on Garrad Street for £12 with hotel discount. Friendly staff resolved any issues. Good wifi and excellent location near station and restaurants. Exceptional breakfast with quality ingredients. Lovely decor.

The location is superb, as it is very close to the town centre, virtually next door to the train station, and right next to the bus stop for the bus to Heathrow. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a comfortable room and good air conditioning. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was cooked perfectly. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
