As foreign tourists, we loved the central location and the spacious rooms. The bed was huge and the hotel was immaculately clean. The room had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, an iron, bottled water, and a hairdryer. The breakfast in the gallery was absolutely delicious, and the hotel even stored our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they arranged taxis for us quickly from the reception. We also appreciated that we could order food from local restaurants if the kitchen was closed or fully booked.

our stay at malone in belfast was fantastic. the family-friendly accommodation had all the amenities we needed and the staff were polite and welcoming. the location was perfect for our needs and the breakfast, though additional cost, was very enjoyable. overall, malone exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable.

Our stay at The Malone was amazing! The apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and even a washer/dryer. The bedroom was comfortable and had a nice double bed, and the bathroom had a strong shower. The location of the hotel was convenient as well, with Botanic Gardens and Queen's University within walking distance. The hotel also offered easy bus transportation to the city center. we had a great experience at The Malone and would highly recommend it.

Drawbacks: The only downside was that there was some construction work going on during our stay, which caused some noise in the morning. However, it didn't greatly affect our overall experience.

For the price we paid, the value was great and the room was top-notch - clean and full of charm. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to downtown and close to historic bars. The staff at Malone were helpful and lovely, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the variety of choices for breakfast at the hotel, especially as vegetarians and vegans. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The central location and easy access to the hop on/off bus tours were also major pluses.

Very friendly staff, efficient and even lent us a screwdriver. Comfy bed, lovely public areas for drinks. Upgraded to executive room, but standard room also nice. Free car park, easy links to city center and close to Queen's University. Cheaper and better than previous stay at Holiday Inn. Will return!

had an amazing stay at a friendly and clean place, just a short walk to the city centre. Sam in the bar/restaurant was a gem and the lunch was lovely. The suite was beautiful with fresh flowers and a nice note for our anniversary. Perfect location near Queen's University and nice walks.

As adventure travelers, we were pleased with the complimentary taxi service from the hotel to the apartments, secure parking, and spaciousness of the apartment. The staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a washing machine, dryer, and utility room available, which was convenient for longer stays.

We stayed in a lovely hotel located in a nice quiet area near Queens University. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great beds and a good shower. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, providing exceptional service. We enjoyed the view over the city from our apartment, and the parking was excellent. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel could benefit from some modernization, especially in terms of heating and the bathroom.

We loved staying in this hotel with its great location near the ferry port and the Titanic museum. Despite being in an area with lots of student properties, we found it lovely and enjoyable to be here. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, from room service to 24-hour assistance to laundry services. The room amenities were excellent, including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and other features. There were many facilities like the dining restaurant, bar/lounge area, spa & wellness centre, fitness studio, etc. that made our stay memorable.

We recommend this place to family and friends, despite some minor issues like an inexperienced waiter and underperforming bar service. However, the staff tried their best and went beyond their duty to help us enjoy our stay here.

Nothing it is perfect.

My city break was great! the staff were really friendly and offered us complementary drinks upon arrival. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to the city centre. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. we had a really enjoyable stay.

The shower, which lacked power and was difficult to regulate. However, the staff were really helpful and tried to sort the issue for us.
