This hotel is in a great location, very close to the fair, yet away from the town centre. It's still close to all the spots we wanted to go, making it convenient for a family stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with lovely en-suite showers on the first floor. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed a tasty and freshly cooked breakfast to start our day.

The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. We were pleased with the convenient parking arrangements, as the hotel reserved us a spot, saving us a lot of trouble. The location was extremely close to the promenade, making it easy for us to walk to all the spots we wanted to go. We were just a short walk away from the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, and many nice restaurants. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially the hosts who made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We got great value for our money at Manchester House, with a tidy and well-presented room, and a really decent bathroom. The location was perfect, being close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the Waterpark, and other attractions. The owners, Heath and Diana, were exceptional hosts, accommodating any reasonable request and providing excellent service.

The morning meal could have been improved by adding more options or variety to the breakfast menu.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with hand sanitizers provided and a very clean environment. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a short walk to both Wetherspoons and the pleasure beach. It was also conveniently close to the promenade and only a tram ride away from the central pier.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and up to date, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has good water pressure, which is a rare find in a B&B. The service provided by the owner is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The breakfast offered is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel facilities, such as the double locked entrance and the convenience tray in the room, add to the overall convenience and security.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can be considered a little small, especially the small couples room. However, this did not pose a problem for those who did not spend much time in the room.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The owners were amazing and the hotel itself was lovely. It was very clean and had modern amenities. The breakfast, especially the full English, was delicious. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff even offered to hold our bags until our train departure in the afternoon. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. They really do an amazing job.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a popular tourist destination and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal, as it was very close to all the attractions and activities we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to the pleasure beach and the sandcastle, which was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of time and effort. Moreover, the owners of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely en-suite shower. It was well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, including a TV, hairdryer, and kettle with a range of beverages. The attention to detail in the room was evident, with fluffy clean carpets and the handy addition of a fan activated by remote control, perfect for the hot weather during our stay. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and was a great start to our day. the hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.
