Great staff and yummy breakfast

I loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to help us, and the breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had at a hotel. The room was nice and clean, plus having coffee available 24/7 was a win. Our key cards stopped working, which was annoying.

the location is great, and the shower pressure is impressive.

the original room had a bad smell and a broken fire detector. the elevator and hallways had a strong weed odor, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.

Loved our Christmas stay at this hidden gem! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of festivities. The hot breakfast options, including delicious biscuits and gravy, were a wonderful way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The clean and spacious room was a great bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind. The hotel's location near shopping and restaurants was perfect, providing convenience and plenty of dining options. We definitely plan on returning for future visits!

It made exploring the local attractions and tourist spots hassle-free, saving us valuable time and transportation costs. Attentive and friendly staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Comfortable rooms with cozy beds: The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and boasted comfortable beds. We had a restful night's sleep thanks to the cozy and inviting bedding provided by the hotel.

No major issues: this hotel provided a satisfactory experience, and we didn't encounter any significant problems during our stay. The only minor inconvenience was the slightly cramped lobby and breakfast dining room during the busy morning rush.

The hotel had a solid building with an elevator and offered excellent value for my money. I recently stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel in Billings for a business trip. My stay was for two nights and I had a great experience. The room was comfortable with a firm and cozy bed. I appreciated the wall thermostat to control the temperature and the fan directed towards the desk area. The fridge and microwave concealed in a cabinet were a nice touch. The spacious bathroom with a large vanity was also a plus. The breakfast had a good selection, including Seattle's Best coffee and pre-made omelets. The staff was friendly and informed me about ways to save money during check-in.
