We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated right behind a mall and close to multiple dining options. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with personalized customer service and a wide range of amenities available to enhance our comfort. The room was beautifully furnished and clean, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and a sun terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Almost perfect.

As foreign tourists, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, including the shuttle service drivers and receptionists. The room was cozy, spacious, and had a nice handicap setup. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient. Free parking and free wifi were also a plus. We appreciated the proximity to great restaurants within a two-minute walk at Bell Tower Shops.

Felt like family, no complaint.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for a few nights with my wife. The hotel had excellent amenities including a restaurant open from early morning to late at night, a nicely furnished and clean room, and helpful staff. The view of the pool from our room was stunning, and the bath was equipped with a range of soothing aromatherapy toiletries. The modern lobby had plenty of comfortable seating and the running map was a nice touch. The hotel's location near a movie theater and high-end mall was also convenient. a great stay with free airport van service.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to attractions, a shopping center, and downtown. The bar/restaurant offers a fabulous experience with a Manager's Happy Hour and great service from Ray. The room service and staff were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was worth the price.

The room we stayed in had to be changed since the one we were given had a water leak with carpet damage. While the staff was quick to respond, it was still a minor inconvenience.
