I enjoyed the great breakfast options and the convenient location of the hotel in the heart of Glasgow. However, there were some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance that could be improved for a more pleasant stay.

Their central location near George Square and upgraded spacious rooms with a large, comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable. the friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and clean rooms added to the positive experience. Clean rooms, fresh towels, and a decent night's sleep. the restaurant, especially breakfast, was exceptional with a great selection. Located perfectly in the city center, I felt like a superstar dining in a botanical garden, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city.

During my stay at the Mercure Glasgow City Hotel, I appreciated the convenient central location, ideal for exploring the vibrant surroundings. the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. the staff, especially Dorata, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, the size of the room was quite cramped, making it challenging to move around freely. the tight space from the bathroom to the dressing table mirror was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is smack bang in the city center with lots of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance. the rooms, though without air conditioning, were spacious and very accessible for people in wheelchairs. the breakfast, while a bit pricey, offered a good variety of options.

All aspects were satisfactory, nothing to highlight for improvement.
