Absolutely nothing.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was warm, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a Jazz club we were attending. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. There were even screens for football enthusiasts. We didn't have to wait long for lifts despite the hotel being busy. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

What a fantastic place to stay for Thanksgiving! the hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The receptionist was so friendly and efficient, giving us a great first impression. the room was modern, spacious, and clean, with everything we needed.

At breakfast, the man who took our room number seemed a bit rushed and didn't offer us coffee or toast. It would have been nice for someone to explain where things were and offer some assistance, especially since it was our first time staying at the hotel.

amazing stay at voco reading. helpful staff, especially check-in and bar staff. loved the upgraded family room and prime location. best bed ever slept on. will definitely return.

long cab ride to city centre

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and friendly service at Voco. The breakfast selection was great and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the convenience of a 24/7 reception for our late check-in. I highly recommend this hotel.
