As young families, we loved the club membership perks, with a free room upgrade and special anniversary celebration. The restaurant upstairs was amazing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful, with exceptional rooms and comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel special and offering assistance at every turn. The pool and spa area were clean and relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

Friendly & helpful staff, upgraded room for daughter's 18th birthday. Lovely surprise with balloons, card & macaroons. Drinks at the Aviary fantastic. Spa had a kind attendant who fetched extra towels & slippers. Great location near Barbican, Liverpool street & Brick Lane.

Great location for a city break, close to attractions and easy to explore on foot. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Mary who made our stay perfect. the rooms were spacious and clean with all necessary amenities provided. Loved the turn down service in the evening. the rooftop bar was a highlight, offering fantastic views and a great atmosphere.

The restaurant staff seemed indifferent and not attentive to customer needs. We experienced delays in getting our breakfast and had to ask multiple times for service.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and a trendy neighborhood nearby. Breakfast was a nice surprise with tasty pastries and complimentary treats given for special occasions.

The room facilities brought the overall experience down with broken touch screens, noisy aircon, a dirty sink, and a malfunctioning TV. the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service and personal touches, and the rooftop terrace was not available for hotel guests.

The hotel is located in a beautiful square and has a convenient restaurant/bar and terrace. The room and bathroom are comfortable, and the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel offers facilities such as an executive lounge and rooftop bar, providing guests with a variety of options for relaxation and socializing.

The hotel is not close to a tube station, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on public transportation.

This hotel is in a perfect area, located on a square back with great views from the rooftop breakfast spot. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities. I particularly enjoyed having a treatment bed in my own bedroom with a bathroom.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel and it was in a perfect location, surrounded by businesses. The staff were friendly and helpful, making arrangements for us to have a late check-in. The room was clean and well-equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. In addition to their excellent room service, they provided dry cleaning, laundry, wake-up service, and tours/ticket assistance.

The hotel had helpful staff but they spoke Bulgarian instead of English which may have been inconvenient for some guests who do not understand the language. Although there was a request that was not fulfilled, it did not hinder us from enjoying our stay.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our family with 2 small kids feel right at home. The amenities were wonderful, especially the pool and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely LED lights.

The stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities to the world-class service, everything was exceptional. the room was spotless, and the digital lighting controls were impressive. the bedding was exclusive and inviting, creating a comfortable and quiet retreat. the bathroom was a white heaven, spotless and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay.

Though minimal, there was a minor issue with the breakfast service which could have been improved. the staff were polite and did their best to ensure that my needs were met.

Our stay was delightful due to the amazing location of the hotel, which is near three tube stations and in the super touristic area. The hotel’s interiors are beautifully designed making the experience visually pleasing. The spacious rooms and comfortable bedding provided a peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast options were plentiful and the service was impeccable. The hotel offers excellent facilities like a modern spa and a rooftop bar with a stunning view of the city.

The hotel’s rooftop bar may get quite crowded on weekends, allowing outside guests to enter as well.

Fantastic stay with great atmosphere and location. The Aviary rooftop bar was a must-visit. Although my room was facing a courtyard with air conditioners/heaters noise, the bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. I recommend this hotel.
