This apartment is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet still conveniently close by. The residential private flat area provides a unique aspect to the accommodation, offering a more local experience. The apartment itself is clean and a good size with a lovely balcony offering a great view. The location is also ideal for shopping and concerts.

The owner's lack of professionalism and poor communication was a disappointment during our stay.

The apartment had a fantastic location in the heart of the city, with shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist buses within walking distance. The view from the 15th floor was stunning, and there was a shopping center right across the road. The kitchen was well equipped, making it convenient for budget travelers.

We had a worry-free stay at the serviced apartments. Babs, our helpful guide, directed us to the apartment block and promptly addressed a minor issue with the kettle. She also provided us with valuable information about accessing the building and recommended some great places to visit. The location is ideal, being in close proximity to the city center and the marina. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations with spacious and comfortable rooms. The furniture is new, and the kitchen and living room are equipped with quality items. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe, and the beds were comfortable. We were pleased with the fast Wi-Fi and experienced no unpleasant surprises. If we visit again, we will definitely book this fantastic apartment.

We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, including a fridge, freezer, oven, cooker. The heating, once set up correctly, created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Great location close to the city center and Cardiff Bay, perfect for exploring and enjoying the local attractions. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with good amenities including a well-equipped kitchen and free WiFi. The view from the balcony was a bonus, especially on sunny days.

Some maintenance issues were noticeable, such as cracked window and floor tiles, which could be off-putting. The process of collecting the keys from a location outside of the town center was a hassle, especially with luggage.
