had a fantastic stay in grasmere for valentines day. moss grove organic was even better than last time. the room was spacious with a lovely view and a very comfy bed. the breakfast in the spacious dining room was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a picturesque village, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was incredible, right in the middle of everything, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The beds were large and comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of key attractions.

The parking spaces were quite restrictive and sometimes difficult to maneuver in. the floors in Room 2 were very slippery, posing a hazard, and the steps were not clearly marked, leading to the possibility of tripping or stubbing toes.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff who kindly showed us around this luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. the room was impressive, providing my partner and I with a comfortable and indulgent stay.

One minor issue we encountered was the need to ask about the outdoor dining area, which wasn't fully clear on the information provided. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every other way, from the impeccable service to the leisure/TV room, which was the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring.

As young people, we absolutely loved our stay at Moss Grove. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, sparkling clean, and had a pleasant scent. The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite arriving late on a busy weekend, they ensured there was parking available for us. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub—a truly enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful and unique place in the future.

The breakfast had a few different options and the hot food tasted pretty good. the room was located in a central area and had easy access to the town. the view from the room was really beautiful and it was a good size.

The parking was pretty tight and hard to navigate. Our room was located on a lower level and it was quite dark.
