I recently stayed at Motel One for 3 nights during a family emergency. The staff were exceptional and helped me extend my stay with ease. The hotel is well-designed and the rooms were extremely clean. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the continental breakfast was delicious. The best part was the unbeatable value for money. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel itself was clean and the decor was fresh and inviting. We especially loved the comfortable bed, which provided a great night's sleep. The late check-out option was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy a much-needed lie-in. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and comfortable amenities.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in front of Manchester-Piccadilly railway station which makes it easy to get around the city. We really loved how this place was right in the centre of everything. The location was so convenient for us as it was just next to the train station. The staff were really helpful and they made it all so easy for us with the luggage storage and 24-hour reception. The room itself was really great with comfy seating area and a large flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms were definitely a bonus as we didn't hear a thing from outside. Also, the free Wi-Fi was really fast and we had no issues with it.

For families with kids, this venue would definitely be a great choice.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at a hotel near the train station. the room was clean and comfy and the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel at home. We loved that they offered complimentary cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore different neighborhoods on foot.

Some staff members were not very accommodating, and it took a while to check-in and resolve payment issues. But overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we had a lovely time at this hotel during the holiday season.
