The database location is excellent, with a great view of the river and only a 2-minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely river views. The staff were helpful and efficient, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile. Special mention goes to Angela on reception and the lady working in the bar/restaurant, who provided excellent service. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the hotel's accommodating facilities and amenities.

The superior room was well equipped with all mod cons, a large TV, and nice colourful mood lighting around the bed head. The room was very clean and the personal touches of biscuits and bottled water were greatly appreciated. The receptionist was kind enough to allow us to check in a little earlier and we had been upgraded to a room with a beautiful view across the river to the cathedral. Staff were all very pleasant.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and with beautiful views of the riverside. The staff at Radisson were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel in York. The room we stayed in had a lovely river view and was perfectly clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room for my partner's birthday and giving us a bar of chocolate. The 12pm checkout time was also a great bonus, allowing us to relax and not feel rushed. The location of the hotel was ideal, with all the attractions within a short walk. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center close to everything within the city walls, by both bridges, and with a nice view. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are basic but with nice touches for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is also great.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff welcomed me with a thoughtful birthday card and a plate of delicious chocolate and fruits. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to all the attractions in the city within a short 10-minute walk. The room and bathroom were a good size and generally clean. Although there was a bit of mould in the bathroom ceiling and bedroom window, it didn't bother me much. The generous breakfast spread offered a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
