The location of this hotel is phenomenal, perfect for accessing the city with ease. Not only is it within a stone's throw of Paddington Station but it is also close to the underground, and surrounded by shops and beautiful Hyde Park. The room was well equipped and clean, with USB plugs on the wall, and we found the staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It was slightly disappointing that breakfast was not included; notwithstanding, the hotel offered excellent value for money.

Although the room was small, it was not an issue for us as we were a couple. the staff we encountered were very helpful, especially the lady who took our bags and delivered them to our room. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a smart TV in the room, providing us with additional entertainment options.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging as the signboard was small and our taxi initially took us to the wrong location. the room could have been a bit larger, and there were no bedside lights, making it difficult to read in bed.
