The value for money was excellent, and the room was modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, parks, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, especially Shakir who made our stay enjoyable and pleasant.

My recent stay at 1 Craven Hill Gardens was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette, making it feel like my own cozy apartment within the hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to subways and various amenities like bars, grocery stores, and restaurants. Hyde Park was just a stone's throw away, which was a delightful bonus.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal, perfect for accessing the city with ease. Not only is it within a stone's throw of Paddington Station but it is also close to the underground, and surrounded by shops and beautiful Hyde Park. The room was well equipped and clean, with USB plugs on the wall, and we found the staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It was slightly disappointing that breakfast was not included; notwithstanding, the hotel offered excellent value for money.

I stayed in a hotel for Christmas break and was pleasantly surprised when I got upgraded to a better room without any extra charge. the staff during check-in and check-out were really friendly and accommodating. the hotel was located in a great location with easy access to lots of shops and restaurants.

That's where the positive things end. the room that I was given was really echoey, which made it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.
