The hotel was clean, modern, and beautiful. the staff was kind, friendly, and the best I have ever experienced at a Hilton property. the breakfasts were excellent and the check, out process was fast. the location was extremely convenient to several nice restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had a wonderful fire pit outside and grills for guest use, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Our room was not what we had booked. We were expecting a spacious room with two queen beds for our family, but instead, we were given a small room with a pull, out couch.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast lady even took requests from my kids for the next day’s menu. the location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and stores nearby. the rooms were comfortable and the indoor pool was a nice bonus.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the front desk associate couldn’t find our reservation initially, causing some panic after a long day of traveling.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with a lovely heated pool and fire pit area that looked clean and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette in our king suite, along with the spacious living area. The breakfast provided an array of gluten-free options for my wife, who has a sensitive allergy. we were impressed with the hotel facilities, including the fitness center, and the friendly and helpful staff.

Homewood Suites provided a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and granola bars. The hotel also had great amenities like a dining table and chairs, real dishes and glasses, and a dishwasher in the room. The location was convenient with a shopping center and mall nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms, especially the ones with 2 Queen beds and a kitchen suite, are comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast, with its variety of options including healthy choices, is a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, close to stores and downtown Augusta restaurants.
