Neptunes Rest Guest was great value for money, with a cozy and well-decorated room that kept us warm even in December. The welcoming owner and the hot water bottle in the bed made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, close to the P&O ferry and within walking distance of the city center and waterfront. Highly recommend!

The breakfast experience could be improved with more food options available after 8 in the evening, as finding dinner in a small town can be challenging.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a small seaside town. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated just across from a beautiful park, complete with a pond and even a pair of swans with their adorable fledglings. It was such a lovely sight to wake up to every morning. The hotel itself was great value for money, with well-equipped rooms and a private bathroom that offered a fantastic view over the serene Loch Ryan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And last but not least, the breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

For a single night stay, Neptunes Rest Guest Hotel offers a pleasant experience. Located just down the street from the waterfront, it provides the opportunity for enjoyable walks along the water. The friendly welcome into this family home makes you feel instantly comfortable. with its convenient location for onward travel to Cairnryan ferry port services to Ireland, shopping, and buses, it is an ideal choice. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom is spacious and the service provided is top-notch. The breakfast, as mentioned by previous guests, is excellent.

If I had to find one flaw, it would be that the room may not have the most modern decor, but it has all the necessary amenities.

We will definitely choose Neptunes Rest Guest for our next visit.
