I had a wonderful stay at the New Hall Hotel & Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel had a classy yet unpretentious atmosphere. It was located in a quiet area not far from the city, which made it a peaceful retreat. The grounds and building were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the afternoon tea and evening meals were of great quality. The little touches, like the two big white mugs and the small carton of milk in the fridge, made the stay even more enjoyable. it was the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The building and grounds were absolutely stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. The hotel had impeccable cleanliness and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and transportation options were easily accessible. The location was perfect, and I was lucky to have beautiful weather during my stay, which made everything even more wonderful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the service at the restaurant was exceptional. From the layout of my room to the delicious breakfast, every detail was taken care of.

The spacious and well-equipped room, with tea & coffee making facilities, fresh milk, and a large TV, ensured our comfort. The delicious dinner we ordered as room service was a highlight. The breakfast, served hot to our table, was tasty and satisfying. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we were thrilled to be able to use them on the day of our check-out. a wonderful experience for old people like us!

I recently stayed at New Hall Hotel & Spa in North Birmingham for a short break with my wife. The building resembled a country manor and oozed history and class. The staff, especially Jon and Cliff on the front desk, were very polite and helpful. The new extension rooms were also very nice. The location of the hotel was stunning, hidden away in the peace and quiet of the grounds. The bed was super comfy and huge, and I loved the antique furniture in the room. The staff were helpful and discreet, and the spa was lovely. The dinner was fabulous, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. it was a very good stay in quiet peaceful surroundings with excellent food and drink. We will definitely be back to this gem!

I recently stayed at New Hall Hotel & Spa for a weekend getaway and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The whole place is beautiful, from the stunning drive up to the friendly and helpful staff. The food was superb and our room was spotless and very comfortable. I loved the little extra touches like a poem left on our bed each night with the weather forecast for the next day.

The value we got for our money at New Hall Hotel & Spa was excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was beautiful, with lovely grounds and a picturesque building. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Michelle at reception who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The breakfast items could have been improved with fresher pastries and bread.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel for one night with my daughter. The staff at New Hall Hotel & Spa were absolutely outstanding. Lauryn, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble for her. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The spa facilities were also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and gym. The historic building was beautiful and our room was warm and cozy. The towels provided were super fluffy and the water pressure in the shower and bath was excellent. We also appreciated the staff who turned down our beds and put on Smooth radio while we were at dinner. It was a nice touch to have real milk in the mini fridge for making tea and coffee. The breakfast was really nice as well, especially the tea made with real tea leaves.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. We loved being so close to the seafront and having everything within walking distance. The pool area and bar were also excellent, providing a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with a small balcony overlooking the pool and a larger, private balcony at the back. We appreciated the fact that the bedding and towels were changed twice during our 10-day stay, and the room was cleaned regularly. the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The location was perfect, with the magnificent cathedral just a short distance away. The hotel facilities, including the spa and golf course, were top-notch. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and courteous, with Andreas providing excellent service at check-in and check-out. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options including plenty of fresh fruit. I also had a great evening meal, with a good choice for both me and my veggie partner. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully maintained, and I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace during afternoon tea. The spa treatments were a highlight of my stay, and the pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind.
