The breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. Guests can enjoy facilities like a swimming pool and spa.

The food menu could use more variety and the prices are a bit high.

The value for money at New Park Manor was excellent, and the room was top-notch. The location was stunning, surrounded by natural beauty, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city center. The breakfast was tasty and offering a wide variety of choices. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is outdated and in need of a serious renovation. The walls and carpets were stained and old.

We were delighted with the child-friendly amenities at Luxury Family. The dedicated play areas, crèche, and even a film set up were a hit with our little one. The hotel’s video baby monitoring system provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. The staff at the crèche were fantastic and all Ofsted registered. The beautiful grounds, pool, and spa added to the overall experience of relaxation. We also appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities in our room, and the provision of fresh bottles of water. we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it.

We would have preferred a fridge in our room for our packed lunch, and there were a few issues with the meals. Some were excellent, but unfortunately, we experienced undercooked lamb and clumpy porridge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming country hideaway set in the stunning equestrian grounds. The hotel, with its modernized yet traditional building, exuded character and charm. As a luxury family hotel, I was impressed by the warm welcome we received from both the two-legged and four-legged staff. The spa was a heavenly addition, allowing us to relax in the jacuzzi surrounded by ponies after a day of pampering. The location was perfect, offering plenty of local adventure-filled walks in the beautiful New Forest. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful amenities for our furry friends. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with a great buffet selection. it was a blissful experience, and we can't wait to visit again soon!
