The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the edge of town with easy access to restaurants and bars. The full English breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I appreciated the pre-order system as it allowed Denise, the owner, to put her heart and soul into each dish. Despite a few hiccups with the breakfast order, it was still a delightful experience. I had a fantastic stay at Newton House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Despite mobility difficulties, we managed well in the comfortable and spotlessly clean room. the modern bathroom had all necessary amenities, although guests with more significant disabilities should request a room with more accessible facilities. the traffic noise from the busy main road didn't affect our sleep and in fact, we had the best sleep of our entire trip. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the informative sitting room and the extra touches like the mini bar and quality toiletries.
