Breakfast had delicious pastries, though the lack of clarity about hot items was a bit frustrating.

My stay was delightful! The hotel's location made exploring London a breeze, just a short walk from Paddington Station. The breakfast was a generous spread, and I appreciated the clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff.

However, the room felt small, and I noticed some noise from the street, especially during the evenings. The internet connection wasn’t reliable, making it tough to catch up on shows before bed.

The breakfast variety was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh pastries and delicious fruits.

Clean room, convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, made it easy for exploration, and the staff were helpful with any needed assistance.

The room sizes are shockingly small!!! It's nearly impossible to maneuver larger luggage through narrow hallways and small lifts!!! Additionally, the slow lift service is a serious inconvenience during peak hours!!! WiFi is unreliable and hot water supply can be hit or miss!!!

stayed at norfolk towers paddington for 2 nights. super close to paddington train station, making travel easy. loved the breakfast variety! the staff were wonderfully nice and helpful, which made the experience even better.

also, when I asked for cutlery to eat my meal, I was initially denied, how ludicrous. I almost gave a favorable review, but the lack of complimentary gestures for my troubles was just too much to overlook.

Just an appropriate option for a break on long journey in London with excellent value for money. They had an early check-in option that worked out well for us. Make sure to follow up on any special requests before you arrive.

the only downside was the shower was too close to the glass door. but the friendly staff were always helpful 🙌, and the breakfast was plentiful, with fresh croissants and delicious sausages! perfect location for travel🚉.
