The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to transportation options and nearby attractions. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

the room size was much smaller than expected and it didn't match the pictures online. the cleanliness of the room was lacking, with dirty floors and old, clogged toilets.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room for free. The room itself was spotless and cleaned daily, which was a great relief after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with plenty of options and even catering to special dietary needs.

The cleanliness of the rest of the hotel did not match up to the reception area. The staircase and common areas seemed neglected, with visible dust and lack of proper cleaning.

Great location near Arab restaurants, Paddington train station and bus stop. Has all necessary amenities including fridge and a bathroom with a bidet/shower spray.
