Parking is a nightmare with confusing signs!!! Early check-in requests are poorly handled and response times for issues can be frustrating!!! Cleanliness oversight in rooms needs significant improvement, especially with dirty cups left behind!!!

Had a comfy stay with lovely views, but the lighting in the room was way too dim for my liking. Breakfast was delicious! Chur, staff were heaps friendly!

the decor is charming and complements the building's history beautifully. the bathroom was a bit cramped and could use more space.

Ag man, the decor was so warm and inviting! The brekkie options were top-notch and I loved the fresh milk in the fridge. Plus, that Roberts radio playing Classic FM was a lekker touch!

Only thing was parking outside was a bit tricky with permits, but a chommie at reception sorted me out.

the only downside was the surrounding houses looked a bit run down. but I really dug the spacious room with a cool copper bath and fresh milk in the mini fridge! breakfast was plentiful and they had classical music playing on arrival, totally chill. the staff were super helpful too!

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish spot! The breakfast was delicious and made fresh every morning, and our large family felt right at home. The kids loved having their own space, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout.

stayed at number 38 clifton and it was super stylish and comfy. the location is amazin, so close to clifton village and the bridge. breakfast was yum with lots of options, and the staff were really chill and helpful. loved the view from my room, totally made the morning better! they have a mini bar too which is a nice touch.

The staff was wonderful, very attentive and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect! The breakfast was truly delicious (don't miss the pastries! ), and the city view from our room was lovely.
