We loved the complimentary bottles of water and sweets in the room, and the White Company toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the shops and attractions.

The room was a bit noisy as it was located at the front of the building, with people passing by late at night and early in the morning. the bathroom was quite small and the sink was tiny and not very convenient to use.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the pier and close to the main shopping area. the room we stayed in, the loft room, was spacious and had plenty of storage space for our bags and clothes. the mini fridge and kitchen area were a great convenience. the bathroom was a good size and very clean. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole room was of high quality and cleanliness. the wifi and smart TV worked well, making our downtime enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for families. The breakfast served here is exceptional, with a full English breakfast made from local ingredients. The fridge in the room had an unpleasant smell and was not keeping things cool.

What a great place! Stayed here for a weekend trip and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Brighton Wheel. The room we stayed in was spacious, well lit, and comfortable. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially for vegetarians like us. We were lucky to find parking right outside, but even the parking rates were reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Brighton.

Modern, clean room with friendly staff. Great location near shops, restaurants, and attractions. Room had a kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, and beautiful view. Owners were helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. Excellent customer service, even with flight cancellation. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Brighton! The location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beach and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was cozy and clean, with all the facilities we needed for our short stay. We even had a partial sea view which was a lovely bonus. The attention to detail was impressive, with little extras like hot chocolate and sweets in the room. The breakfast was delicious, especially the thick bread and fresh blueberries. We were happy with the value for money and the overall experience couldn't have been better!

The lack of sound insulation between rooms proved to be very disruptive. We could clearly hear the conversations of other guests and it made it difficult for us to get a good night's rest.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. the bed was super comfy and the room was tastefully decorated with nice finishing touches. the view from our room was amazing, we could see the beautiful city lights. the breakfasts were fabulous and the hosts had a great memory for what we needed.

the shower drain was slow, so we had to keep an eye on the water level. a great stay with just a few minor inconveniences.
