We loved the strategic location of the hotel, being close to both JR and Keio Kawasaki Station. The convenience of getting around, whether it was to the airport during rush hour or exploring the charming nearby neighborhoods, was a major plus. This hotel in Kawasaki exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was ideal. It is situated in the heart of Kawasaki, making it easy to access the train station and other attractions in the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms, although small, were tastefully furnished and had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included in the room rate was a great bonus.

One minor issue I encountered during check-in was the use of a machine to pay. While it wasn't a major inconvenience, it would have been more convenient to have the option to pay at the front desk.
