The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, even accommodating our early breakfast request. the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Having access to the garden was a nice bonus, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

The bed was uncomfortable and saggy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the en suite bathroom was cold, as the window had been left open and there was no heating.

We loved our little patio door, which gave us access to a private smoking area. The room itself was cute and lovely, with all the comforts of a normal hotel, including a hair dryer. The charming and personal atmosphere was complemented by a delicious Ulster fry breakfast. The staff was patient and the location was convenient. We felt right at home in this family-owned motel/guesthouse.
