During my recent stay at Lotte Resort Jeju Artvillas, I was delighted with the variety of activities available for my toddlers. The fourth-floor activity centers, camping grounds, and heated pool provided endless entertainment for them. Additionally, the English-speaking staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. The flexibility to choose from a range of restaurants for breakfast allowed us to experience different cuisines. I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to try out their spa. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Jeju Island.

Luxurious amenities and excellent service make this hotel a great choice for a relaxing vacation. The private facilities are exclusive and make the stay even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi is especially a highlight, and the garden area is also lovely for some quiet time. The restaurant and bar/lounge area serve delicious food and drinks. The location advantages make it a perfect, secluded getaway.

The language barrier can be frustrating at times, as staff with limited knowledge of English might not be able to readily assist with queries. This can lead to confusion about certain services, especially if you are unfamiliar with the Korean language.

Celebrated our New Year's holiday here and we had an awesome time! The resort has so much entertainment that caters to everyone from toddlers to adults. Our kids loved the indoor activity center and the heated pool, while my husband and I enjoyed the sound and light show at night. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the fact that we could choose from the hotel's various restaurants for breakfast was a major plus.

Although we had a great time overall, there were a few things that could have been better. For one, it was disappointing that some of the staff didn't speak English very well. We had trouble communicating with them at times, especially when trying to ask for recommendations on things to do in the area. Additionally, we wished there was more information available on nearby tourist attractions. Lastly, some of the rooms could use some updates and improvements, such as better-placed plug points and more privacy in certain areas of the villas.
